Bourgeois, Lord Parmoor, Signor Salamandra, and MM.' Umitia, Skrzynski and Langtsaiioir, the last three representing, Colombia, Poland and China respectively.—Reuter. Mr MacDonald has departed ' for Geneva. Conversing with pressmen on the platform, he said that he felt very keenly the tremendous importance of the League. . He was not, going to Geneva to make speeches, although lie would have something to say. He was trying by his presence at Geneva to demonstrate his confidence in the power of the League to do good work. He was most anxious that every nation should send the strongest delegation possible.—Reuter.
