CHARGE AGAINST DOCTOR
(BY TELEGRAPa —PRESS ASSOCIATION,) WELLINGTON, Sept. 3. At the Supreme Court the grand jury threw out the bill in the case of Dr. Martin, of Ngaruawahia, charged with manslaughter, arising out of an accident in which a young widow was knocked down and killed by Dr. Martin’s car.
