A CORRECTION.

(To the Edit or.) Si r > I should be glad if you would grant me space to correct an error in. your report of the proceedings at tlie meeting of shareholders pff the Jvaupokonui Dairy Company in to-day’s issue. I am reported to have urged farmers to weigh their daily supply of •milk the inference being that they could not trust the dairy company to do it accurately. As a matter of fact, I merely asked a simple question as to how many farmers weighed their milk before separating their cream. I followed this % up by asking how many farmers were sufficiently skilled mechanics to adjust their own separators so as to insure the minimum of separator losses. To the • uninstructed these may not seem to be very cogent questions, but dairymen will appreciate their significance.—l am etc q , , H. A. LENNON. September 2, 1924.
