ALLEGED TRUST.
CLAIM AGAINST FLOURMILLERS. AN ADJOURNMENT GRANTED. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, Sc-pt. 2. Counsel, on behalf of defendants in the flour milling case applied in Chambers a.t the Supreme Court to-day to have the action adjourned from September 10 to a later date, on the ground that the Crown had filed an amended statement of claim containing new alienations. The case was adjourned, and a tentative fixture was made for October 28. The Crown is claiming a penalty from the Distributers, Ltd., and a number of flour milling companies under the Commercial Trusts Act, 1910, asking for an injunction.
