Sept. 1. * • The hodi&s of a man arid womanwere* found tying dead in a house at New-: castle, On the dressing table near by stood a bottle of poison, Avliich apparently had been recently used. it is believed that this accounts for the man’s death, but the cause; of the woman’s death has not yet been ascertained. The police are reticent and refused to give .information to the. press other than' the names of ihe deceased, which are James 'Taylor and Florence Hall.. A search of the room revealed a. note written by Taylor, .vherein he ex- , pressed his intention of taking Hall’s life and his own. t ’ ■ HOBART, Sept. 1. A case supposed to he murder was revealed by the discovery of the body or Thomas Jordan in a hut at Deloraine .with a gaping wound in his forehead, caused by a shotgun.
