PRISONERS SENTENCED. (BY TELEGRAPH —wp.KSiV ASSOCIATION J GISBORNE, Aug. 30. At the Supreme Court, Te Wekaora Tautau pleaded guilty to theft, forgery and uttering, and was ordered reformative treatment for two years. Alheft Edward Duncan, for thefts in an hotel, was ordered 18 months’ reformative. Raymond Woodward, on the same charge, was sentenced to 18 months’ hard labour. Francis James Hodges, for uttering forged split bank notes, received 12 months’ hard labour.
