Messrs Dalgety and Company. Ltd., lepoit having received the following cablegram from their London house under date of 27th instant: Six hundred and forty-five casks of tallow offered; 300 sold. The ma.rket for erutchings showed a distinctly easier tone compared with the Wellington sale of the 21st instant, but, taking into: consideration the heavier condition and quantity of seed showing in the majority of the offering, realisations cannot be said to be unsatisfactory to growers.
