FOUR DROWNED

LAUNCH CAPSIZES. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WAIROA, Aug. 27. Sergeant Wade has received word that a motor launch containing a party of six capsized while fishing off Whakaki at about 10 o’clock this morning. Three natives (Puru Solomon, Wi Toko, and Ham an a) and a new arrival were drowned. The others reached shore- safely. Particulars are meagre at present.
