(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 26. In response to a, resolution passed at a recent meeting of the Dominion Farmers Union, urging the Railway Department to accept liability in case of loss or damage to goods loaded by consumers at officered stations, the Minister says that in such cases the Department is unable to agree to accept liability.
