ATTEMPT TO UPSET RESULT

WELLINGTON, Aug. 26. The hearing was continued in the Magistrate’s Court to-day of a case in which a number of electors of the HuttPetone suburban area asked for an order declaring void the Wellington Education Board’s recent election.

A youth, named Kraft, employed by the hoard, under cross-examination adhered to his evidence as to the method of clearing the board’s post office box. He took the letters out one by one. William Collier Clark, another youth in tlie board’s employ, stated that on neither the 24th nor the 25th of .June did he find a notice for a registered letter among the mail Which was brought to the hoard’s office by Kraft.
