PERFORMANCE BY D’OISY. BY CABLE—PRBBB ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT PARIS, Aug. 24. Scenes of wild enthusiasm marked the arrival of Major D'Oisy, the French aviator, who flew from France to Japan, and his mechanic Bezin. They only stayed a few hours en route to their home in the country, but tlUliy will receive a, civic, welcome in October. D’Oisy and Bezin leave France on October 25 to lead a motor caterpillar expedition across the Libyan desert from Tunis to Lake Chad and back, lhey also are planning later a long night over Africa.
