Mr Markman, secretary to the Po9t and Telegraph Department, who has been attending the Postal Congress at Stockholm, has cabled the PostmasterGeneral that the next congress will be held at London. A proposal to hold it at Buenos Aires, supported by South America, United States and Spain, was defeated.
