POSTAL CONGRESS.
NEXT PLACE OF MEETING. (11V TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 23. Mr Markman, secretary to the Po9t and Telegraph Department, who has been attending the Postal Congress at Stockholm, has cabled the PostmasterGeneral that the next congress will be held at London. A proposal to hold it at Buenos Aires, supported by South America, United States and Spain, was defeated.
