Replying to a question in the Assembly, the Premier saicl there had been no consultation by the Imperial Government with the Union Government rgearding the form of the AngloSoviet agreement as to the substance. He was, however, consulted regarding the insertion of a clause containing most favoured nation treatment in favour of the Dominions. —Reuter EXHIBIT AT WEMBLEY. Received Aug. 21, 10 20 a m .
