JUSTICE FOR ALL.

CONCESSIONS TO RETURNED SOLDIERS. SHOULD BE CONTINUED. (by TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 21. The executive of the R.S.A. passed a resolution respecting the statement by the Minister for Lands that requests from Returned Soldiers’ Associations to keep special concessions alive did not represent the general opinion of the men, and stating emphatiealy that the Minister has much less opportunity of knowing the men’s opinion than the association, and reaffirming its view that the great- bulk of the men desire the special concessions to be kept alive till justice is done to all returned men.
