DROP AT NEW YORK. Bt CASL1 —PBIIBS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received Aug. 20, 1.30 p.m. NEW YORK, Aug. 19. The sterling has reached 4.50, representing a decline within a week of three and a half cents.
