In a Rugby match to-day Te Aute College defeated Wanganui Technical College by 33 points to 15. The latter’s score included two penalty tries. RANFURLY SHIELD MATCH. AUCKLAND TEAM SELECTED. AUCKLAND, Aug. 18. The R'ugby team to represent Auckland in the Ranfurly Shield match against Hawke’s Bay at Napier on Saturday has been selected as follows : Full-back—Goodacre. Three-quarters—-ifwerson, Olsen, Loft. Five-eighths—Ktrwan, Iv. Ifwerson Half-back—Wright. Rover—Lintott. Forwards—Lomas, Peters. N. McLean, Righton. Iveine, Fogarty, Keary.
