A FORTUNATE TRADE. GOODAVILL THE KEYNOTE. “I think that going through this world we receive what we invite,” said Air. W. Swindell the men’s representative, has at all times corne himself in a manner to make for amiability between the men and the employers.” Air. Grenfell’s remark was called torth by the thanks expressed bv the men’s representative for the anxiety which the employers had shown to meet them, and their patient consideration of both sides of the case. “It is very good to know that such a .pleasant state of affairs exists in this trade, ’ said Air Justice Frazer; and 1 hope that i.t will continue and will extend to other trades. I think that the further we go in this work the more we realise that goodwill is the keynote of all industrial organisation.”
