SYDNEY, Aug. 13. ine prohibitionists are seriously perturbed over a recent court finding in favour of a licensee being able to serve Jiquor at table to guests after the closing hour. They claim chat such a finding will qnable designing persons to frustrate the purposes of the early closing law, and they consider the matter so important and far reaching that they have asked the Minister of Justice to make it the subject of an appeal to the High Court.
