ANNIVERSARY OF REPUBLIC. »Y OABI/I—PMM ASSOCIATION —COPYUIGH7 BERLIN, Aug. 10. Patriotic demonstrations were held all over the' 1 country in honour of the fifth anniversary of the foundation of the Republic. President Ebert, addressing a demonstration at Meunster, declared that only with the ideal of liberating their brethren of the Rhineland before them, could they find strength to undertake the heavy burdens involved in the Dawes plan.
