LEANINGS AT VICTORIA COLLEGE (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 7. According to an official report supplied by the executive of the Victoria College Debating Society, a motion expressing no confidence in the present committee on the ground that it had invited Socialists to take part in debates, but had ~never . asked speakers from other political parties, to take part, was lost by 113 votes to 76.
