FOREIGN MATERIALS. 1Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, Aug. 6. Replying to a. question in the House of Commons, Mr. W. Lunn (Secretary of the Overseas Trade Department) said ho understood the successful British tender for the Arapuni power scheme involved the use of a proportion of foreign materials, but he believed this proportion had been substantially reduced at the instance of the New* Zealand Government.
