CHAR-A-BANC smash. JX OABIiB—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, Aug. 6. Seven women and children were killed and many were injured through a char-a-banc smash at Blockley Worcestershire, while returning from a girl guides’ camp. The vehicle got out of control and backed, onto a wall at the bottom of the hill.
