INJUNCTION GRANTED. BY CABLE—PBCSS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT SYDNEY, August 6. The High Court delivered its (rethe Waterside Workers’ Federation for an injunction against Gilchrist, Waterson and Sanderson. The court granted an injunction on the ground that the company had discriminated against members of the federation in employment on the wharves. The court also discharged an order nisi for prohibition against Mr Justice Powers.
