DISLOYALTY.
EDITOR ARRESTED. BY CABLE—PBB3S ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, Aug. 6. The Daily Express states that- Joan Ross Campbell, editor of the Workers’ Weekly, has been arrested on a charge of attempting to seduce the army from, loyalty to the King by means of an article dealing with army and industrial dismites.
