WREATHS PLACED ON RUINS. BY CABLE-PBESB ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT. LONDON, Aug. 4. The Earl of Ypres headed a delegation of the Ypres League, which marched in procession to Ypres markets and laid wreaths on the ruins in commemoration of the British entry into the war.—Sydney Sun Cables.
