EMPIRE DELEGATION MEETS. BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT Received July 29, 11.15 a.m. LONDON ,July 28. A meeting of the British. Empire delegation to the inter-Allied Conference was held following a. conference of heads of the Allied delegations in preparation for this afternoon's plenary session. Tt has been gathered so far that the position has not materially changed since Friday. There is no official cognisance of any solution, of the question of bankers’ security that will come within sight while the position of tlm question of the railways in the occupied territory remains the same.—Reuter. DEALING WTTH DIFFICULTIES. LONDON, July 28. The plenary conference sat for an hour and a half this afternoon, and it is understood decided to refer the question of inviting German representatives to the heads of the five Allied delegations. There was a, certain amount of disagreement over the report of the first committee on the question of a German default, and it was decided to call a further meeting of the committee on Wednesday morning.— Reuter. 1
