SCOTTISH NEW ZEALANDER.

The editor of the Scottish New Zealander is at present in Hawera engaged on business in connection with his paper. Mr. Thomson has arranged with Mr. W. G. Simpson, chief of the Scottish Society, to deliver a lecture in Hawera. at an early date, which will he advertised in our columns, on “What Scotland ha-s done in the making of the British Empire.” Mr. Thomson, during his stay in Hais the guest of Mr. Jones in the Egmont Hotel.
