TROUBLE WITH WATERSTDERS. (BY telegraph—PßEfifi ASSOCIATION ) NEW PLYMOUTH, July 24. 1 our gangs of men discharging the steamer Tairoa ceased work this morning, disputing the number of hags slag to a sling, the men claiming twelve, and the company sixteen. The matter was referred to the local disputes committee without effect and has been referred now to the National Disputes Committee.
