IN COOK STRAIT. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) BLENHEIM, July 24. Heavy weather is still being experienced in Cook Strait and along the coast, and the Wairau, which left Wellington last night to make a second attempt to reach Lyttelton, found the storm too severe to face. To-day she was sheltering at Cloudy Bay. There every indication that the Wainui, •JWm her run across to Wellington this would feel the force of the conditions and receive a good tossing.
