FEELING- IN GEE MANY. by Cable -Bfifiss association—copyright Received July 24, 12.10 u.m LONDON, j",i]y 22. Tho Berlin correspondent of the Times .says that Germany naturally welcomes the attitude taken by the bankers at the London conference, since it is manifestly designed towards preventing a repetition of the Ruhr adventure. There is even a demand that demonstrations should be held in the Reichstag and elsewhere in order to •emphasise that Germany must be secured against the possibility of a further French invasion. This, however, is a short-sighted view and not'widely' held. Germany wants money above all, and anything delaying the flotation of loans will be in th° nature of a set-back to German hopes.—Times.
