RIVERLEA.
LANCASHIRE AND YORKSHIRE SOCIAL. (From Our Own Correspondent). A .social evening was held by the Lancashire and Yorkshire Association on Friday evening, but owing to the inclement weather conditions the attendance was below the usual, but nevertheless a very enjoyable dance was held, the excellent music for which was supplied by the Lancastrian Orchestra, consisting of Messrs. F. Parkinson (piano), J. Riley (cornet) and W. Turner and A. Riley (violins). Extras were played by Miss Edie Hey (piano) and Mr. W. Hey (violin), and the duties of M.C. were carried out by Mr. W. Hey. An excellent supper was provided by the ladies, and an interesting concert programme was contributed by the following: Mr. Lonsdale (song), Mr. W. Hey (song), Mr. and Airs. Hook and Mr. Lonsdale (trio). Mr. J. Riley (song), Miss Edie Hey (recitation), Mr. and Mrs. Hook (duet).
