The secretary of the Footbafl'Association indicates that a visit hv another oversea combination in addition to the English team is likely next season. Its identity is not stated, hut it is believed that the tour will be in the nature of a curtain-raiser to the big English programme. Saturday’s match China v. Wellington produced a gate of £BOO, making with Masterton nearly £IOOO for the first two matches of the tour.
