AT WEMBLEY.

PAGEANT OF EMPIRE. HI GA FLU-PUBS" ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT Received Julv 21, 12.25 p.m. LONDON, July 20. The Pageant of Empire, due to open at Wembley to-morrow, has been postponed till Friday, when Prince Arthur of Connaught, members of Cabinet, and representatives of the Dominions and India will attend. The postponement is due to the council not obtaining possession of the stadium in time. The enormous scale of the production can be realised from the fact that £100,090 is being spent on it. There are fifteen thousand performers and it will take three nights to produce the pageant in its entirety
