FINANCIAL STATEMENT ON WEDNESDAY. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) (By Telegraph.—Special io the Star.) WELLINGTON, July 21. Owing to the- death of Sir Walter Buchanan, it has been decided that the Houso of Representatives will adjourn immediately on meeting oil Tuesday aftenion, thus enabling members to attend the .funeral. The House meets in. the evening, when a condolence motion will be passed. The Financial Statement will consequently lie delayed till Wednesday night.
