In the House of Commons, replying to Mr Barnes, who suggested an alteration of the titl© “Secretary of State for Colonies” so as to include the Dominions, Air Clynes said the question had been considered periodically during the last few years; but it was always felt there was no pressing need or desire for the change.—Aus.-N.Z.
