LATEST DEVELOPMENTS. STATE OF CIVIL WAR, *Y CABL1 —PUSH ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT BUENOS AYRES, July 11. The Brazilian rebels control Sao Paulo. The State Government has been deposed, and a revolutionary junta, headed by General Rondon, his formed a temporary Government. According to a report an uprising in the State of Parana is reported, and rebel forces from there are marching to aid the insurrectionary movement. Four hundred civilians were killed -during the fighting in the Sao Paulo insurrection, according to reliable advices from Santos, giving the American Consul there as the authority for the estimate of the dead.
