The track is in good order and there is a large attendance. Results; \ ittoria Hurdles..—Merry Singer 1, Demand 2, Admiral Codrington 3. Scratched: Royal ■' Star, Vindictive, Earth-shine, and Athens 11. Won by seven lengths, with three lengths between the second and third horses. Time 3.23. Stewards’ Handicap.—Rose of Athens 1. Lady Fingers 2, Koodoo 3. Scratch, edr Barleycorn and Counter Attack. Won by half a neck. Time, 1.18. First Hack Steeplechase.—Fireblip-ht 1. Bustler 2, Rowan 3 Scratched: Carawock, Kohu, Ore Ore, Achilleon. Won by six lengths, with 100 .wards between second and third. Time, 5.27 2-5. Trial Plate.—Gardenia 1, Sun Up 2, Ma Bofighal 3. Scratched: Kuhio, Alpaca, Enthuse, Kilfnire, Huikai, and Clarinda. Won by thyee-quarters of a head. Tune. 1.19 4-5.
