He hoped that the old treaties with Russia, which were being revised* would shortly lie ready for signature. Referring to the Soviet press attacks, he declared that the Bolsheviks were more afraid of the Labour Party as a bulwark against Communism than they were afraid of the Conservatives.—Reuter.
