Advices from Cologne state that one of the most terrible stories iii the history of criminology was revealed by the confession of a young German tradesman haiiied Hoariheh, who admits enticing to his bedroom and killing 12 boys in an indescribably brutal manner. Engineers diverted the River Leine, from which several sacksful of the hoys’ remains were recovered, indicating that the murders were over 20 in number.
