The above herd is composed of all grade Jerseys, bar three 5.11.-Jersev cross. Last season these cows did 16,0001 b. off 100 acres; this season 15,0001b5. Jn good condition, showing well in calf, and to pedigree Jersey bulls, these cows, bred by Mr Short, are worthy of attention fyoni anyone looking for heavy producers. Berkshire boar Harness, troughs and farm sundries, etc., new model 3-cow Simplex milking machine, Anderson engine and pump (slight reserve) This is a good young herd, most of the cows coming to their third calf; six are Holsteins and the balance are well, into the Jersey strain, and are due to calve July and August to Jersey bulls. All have been individually tested; dates and production will be given out at the sale. The returns for the past season are well over 3001 b. fat per cow. We can recommend buyers to be present.
