EMPIRE REQUIREMENTS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, July 1. ‘ At ,the conference of the Empire Chambers of Commerce, a resolution was passed urging the establishment of an Imperial wireless chain It was also dec-idled to urge jthe Board of Trade and Chambers of Commerce to devote increased energy to promoting emigration within the Empire and the introduction of schemes for training emigrants before leaving Home, and continuing the training in the new country, at the expense partly of Britain and partly of the colony receiving them.
