REVENUE FOR VICTORIA. MELBOURNE, Jwy 1. The total receipts far’ the financial year ended yesterday amounted to £21,983.096, an increase of £684,986 compared with the previous vear. The estimated receipts 'were £22,247,425. The actual expenditure will not .bo available till. the Budget is presented to Parliament, but the estimated expenditure was £22,084,825. PURCHASE OF DOCKYARD. MELBOURNE, July 1. A definite arrangement under which the Harbour Trust purchases the Williamstown dockyard from the Commonwealth Government has been made. The trust purchases the land an which the dockyard stands, together with certain buildings on it, for £IIO,OOO. The trust also takes over the stores not required by the Government to the value of £2o,ooo.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
