BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT LONDON, June 30. Sir James Allen (New Zealand High Commissioner) states that he answered the Geneva permanent mandate commission’s questions in two hours. The commission had no criticism to offer, and complimented" New Zealand especially regarding its measures in connection with the health of the natives. It was disposed to regard Samoa as a model among the mandated territories.
