- MINERS’ STRIKE AT HIKURANGI. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS m, WHANGAREI, June 26. the strike situation at the Wilson collieries at ilikurangi is unaltered; 50 employees are affected. The other mines are working as usual. As the pump hands and -firemen are included amongst the strikers there is a Sability of the mine flooding which would mean at. least one week’s work m de-wateiing.
