VIOLENT SCENES, iff CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. BERLIN, June 25. There were ’ violent scenes in the Reichstag during the debate on a motion for the release of political prisoners. A regular hand to hand fight took place betiween the Nationalists and the Socialists. One member apparently tided to strangle another. Insults were shrieked across the House and the sitting Avas twice suspended. The Communists walked out in a body as a protest against the remarks of the Nationalists.
