Whakatu Hurdles.—Landbivd 1, Merry Singer 2, Waioeka Jack 3. All started. Won by five lengths, with a neck between the second and third horses. Time, 3.22. Hawke’s Bay Hurdles.—Alteration 1, En Route 2, Woden 3. All started. Won by a head, with five lengths between second and third. Time, 3.15. Steeplechase.—Mahuru 1, Red Cent 2, First Line 3. All started. Won by a length, with eight lengths between second and third horses. Time, 6.36.
