At the Supreme Court Hilton Crosswell, for breaking, entering and indecent assault on a woman 91 years of age, was sentenced to reformative treatment for three years, the judge remarking that he was satisfied that prisoner was not of normal mentality and would be handed over to the Prison Board. Nelson Jeffcote Horn and Gwynne Yates, for theft and false pretences, received one year each. William Edward Bullivant, for false declaration of marriage, was fined £lO. TEN YEARS’ IMPRISONMENT. AUCKLAND, June 25. At the Supreme Court, Lewis Weeks Byron was sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment on three charges of indecent assault on males.
