Tex Rickard has announced the receipt of a telegram from Louis Firpo, the- Argentinian, definitely accepting the terms of a bout with Harry Wills, the negro boxer, during the latter part of August. Rickard will, announce the time and place after the democratic, conventions. It will probably be held at Boyles’ ‘‘Thirty Acres,” Jersey City. The heavyweights have agreed to meet on a percentage basis.
