REAIOVAL OF JUDGE SOUGHT. QY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, June 23. In the House of Commons Air. Lansburn (Labour) asked j.f the Government would grant time for a discussion on his motion asking for the removal of Mr. Justice McCarclie from the Bench in connection with his summing up in the O’Dwyer case. Air. AlacDonald said the Government had come to the conclusion that discussion on the subject would only add to the harm done in India by the words complained of.—Reuter
