Gresson announced to-day that it was not intended to proceed with the motion. Judgment will lie entered for plaintiff for the amount of the jury’s verdict. A. AI. AtcFarlane, who claimed £4OOO damages, was awarded £SOO, and R. K. AlcKandless. who claimed £1913 10s, was awarded £526. The defendant. Norman Rutherford. ATendip Hills, will pay costs, which will he very lienvv.
